We believe in a decentralized, non-heirarchical leadership system, in which there are no "leaders" and no "subordinates", but a qualified, competent staff of equals, all of whom share a single vision, a single mission, and equal authority and responsibility.
CEO – David Jones, Phd. Doctor Jones has led the organization for more than twenty years, and has a strong background in administration working in such organizations as an undisclosed school district in Nebraska, and also served briefly as lead council to the Arabian Horse Association.
Comptroller – Winston Pall. With an MBA in business finance from Universal Life Church, Modesto California, and years of experience as a street performance director, Mr. Mall brings a certain comptrolling expertise to the organization that has already proven invaluable.
Executive in Charge of Development – Harold Robstein Jr. Mr. Robstein Jr. was personally appointed by his close college friend, former undersecretary of the interior Randolph Williams in 1980. Though he rarely makes an appearance in the office, his work in insuring our continued funding and operation has been the very thing that’s kept our office alive in intervening decades, despite political administration changes in congress, senate, the Whitehouse and the supreme court.
Assistant to the Executive in Charge of Development – Harold Robstein, III. The youngest member of our executive team at 23, Mr. Robstein III has insured seamless operation in his director’s absence ever since his predecessor was unexpectedly relieved of her duties for allegations of fraud in late 2007.
Director of Public Relations / Public Opinion Management – Currently vacant.
Executive in Charge of Reception – Bethany Lee. Although we do not accept visits from outside individuals or organizations, and our telephone tree can not possibly be used to actually route a call through from outside to the front desk, Bethany directs her team of fifteen reception engineers with a flawless record of satisfaction, even though many of her subordinates choose to work from home, despite our not having a telecommute system established for receptionists.
Director of Facilities and Maintenance (non-arboreal) – Harold Robstein. With no background in facility management, Mr. Robstein joined us with impeccable references in 1997 and has managed the large team that has overseen vacuuming and the replacement of light bulbs with minimal interruption ever since.
